Grade is not a detail
Food grade, USP, and technical grade are different products with different documentation, and they are not interchangeable however similar the assay looks. Specify the grade when you order; we confirm it on the acknowledgement rather than assume.
Where a product requires kosher, halal, or non-GMO documentation, ask before the first order and we will confirm what is available.
Clean-in-place
Caustic for the alkaline wash, phosphoric or nitric for the acid wash, hypochlorite or peracid for sanitation. We supply the full set and can help size concentrations to your cycle rather than to a generic recommendation.
If your CIP is over-consuming chemical — common, and expensive — the cause is usually cycle design rather than product choice, and we will say so.
Audit documentation
SQF, BRC, and customer audits all ask for supplier documentation. Certificates of analysis, letters of guarantee, and specification sheets are kept available, and we can set your account to receive them automatically with each shipment so the file is complete before anyone asks to see it.
