Custom Blending

Four ways this usually starts

Match what I buy now. Send a sample and the safety data sheet. We characterise the performance and build a formula that does the same job on your line.

Blend to my formula. You own the chemistry, we own the tanks. NDA signed before anything changes hands.

Develop something new. Bring the problem rather than the answer — the soil that will not shift, the finish failing salt spray, the effluent that will not meet its limit.

Dilute it properly. Caustic and acid dilutions are strongly exothermic and have injured plenty of people doing it in a tote in the yard. We make the concentration, certify it, and take the step off your site.

Quality release

Every batch is released against a written specification by the laboratory on the same site. That means batch records, retained samples, calibrated instruments, and a Certificate of Analysis whose lot number matches the container label.

If a question about a lot comes up eighteen months later — from you, your customer, or an auditor — the record still exists and we can answer it.

Confidentiality

Formulas are covered by NDA signed before transfer, not after. We do not develop competing products from a customer's formulation, and we do not need to see more of a formula than the work requires.

If your legal team prefers your own agreement, send it. We are not precious about whose paper it is on.
