Five things, run by one company from two sites.
Distribution is the front door. Most customers end up using at least two of these, and the argument for consolidating is usually the freight and the paperwork rather than the unit price.
Commodity chemistry is the same chemistry wherever you buy it. What differs is whether it arrives when the tank needs it and whether the paperwork is right.
Your formula or ours, blended in Arleta and released by the laboratory on the same site under an ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
The laboratory is why the quality system has teeth. It releases every batch we blend, and it is available to customers as a service in its own right.
Chemical arrives, gets used, and something leaves. We handle the outbound half on the same route and the same schedule as the inbound.
Anyone can rent a warehouse. Renting one that is permitted, contained, segregated, and staffed by people trained on regulated chemical is a much shorter list.
The honest version, including where it does not work.
Most plants we take on have accumulated six or eight chemical suppliers over the years, each delivering one or two items on its own schedule, with its own minimum order, its own paperwork, and its own receiving event.
Consolidating those onto one account usually costs less in total even where a line item costs marginally more, because the freight, the receiving labour, and the administrative overhead all collapse into one delivery day. It also means one phone call when something is wrong — a delivery problem, a document request, a waste pickup, and a technical question all reach the same person who already knows your site.
And where it does not work
Sometimes a specialty item is genuinely cheaper direct from its manufacturer. Sometimes a competitor has a route advantage to your area that we cannot match. Sometimes a product needs a technical relationship we are not the right party to hold.
We will do the arithmetic with you and say so when that is the case. A customer who feels oversold does not stay one, and the cost of admitting it early is lower than the cost of being found out later.
Two Southern California facilities
Corporate offices, the analytical laboratory, liquid blending, and the primary distribution hub. Batches from 55 to 6,000 gallons are made and released here.
Secondary distribution, warehousing, and third-party logistics. For customers in Orange County and south it shortens the delivery route considerably.
If your approval process needs something that is not here, one email gets it.
Certificates, insurance, registrations, safety data sheets, and completed supplier questionnaires. Standard documents go out the same business day.
