Supplier Qualification

If you are qualifying Miles Chemical as a supplier, this page is the shortcut. Ask for the qualification package and you get everything below in one reply rather than in six.

What the package contains

• ISO 9001:2015 certificate, current
• Responsible Distribution verification
• Certificate of insurance — general liability, auto, umbrella, workers’ compensation, and pollution legal liability
• W-9
• EPA identification numbers and California transporter registrations
• DOT registration and hazmat carrier information
• Quality policy statement
• Business licence and facility permits
• Banking and credit references

Your questionnaire

Most customers have their own supplier questionnaire, and most of them ask for roughly the same forty things in a different order. Send yours and we will complete it — properly, with the inconvenient answers left in.

Turnaround is generally two to three business days for a completed questionnaire, same day for the standard document package.

On-site audits

We host customer audits at both facilities. Several customers audit us annually and we have never declined one.

Bring your checklist. If something fails, we would rather find out from you than from a regulator, and a finding you raise is a finding we can close.

Ongoing

Certificates expire. Rather than have you chase renewals, we can flag your account to receive updated documents automatically whenever a certificate is reissued. Ask for it when you request the package.
