Registrations & Permits

Chemical distribution and waste transportation are licensed activities. The registrations below are the ones customers and regulators ask about most often. Copies are available on request.

Federal

• EPA identification numbers for both facilities, covering hazardous waste generation and transportation
• DOT hazardous materials registration, renewed annually
• Hazmat carrier authority with driver endorsements maintained and verified

California

• DTSC hazardous waste transporter registration
• Facility permits and CUPA authorisations for both Arleta and Anaheim
• Hazardous materials business plans filed and current for each site
• Air district permits as applicable to blending operations

Why this page exists

An auditor or a customer’s environmental group will eventually ask for one of these. Rather than route that through three people, the numbers are on file and available immediately.

If your permit or your own reporting requires our EPA ID on a manifest, our customer service team can supply it while you are on the phone.
