ISO 9001:2015<\/h2>\n

Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015 and covers blending, distribution, and laboratory services at both facilities.<\/p>\n

In practice that means documented procedures, controlled documents, traceable batch records, calibrated instruments, retained samples, and a corrective action process that an external auditor examines rather than takes our word for.<\/p>\n

For a customer the visible effect is simple: every blended batch is released against a written specification with analytical results on file, and a question about a lot delivered eighteen months ago can still be answered.<\/p>\n

Responsible Distribution<\/h2>\n

Responsible Distribution is the chemical distribution industry’s management-system standard, and participation is a condition of association membership. It is verified by third-party audit on a recurring cycle.<\/p>\n

It covers the whole handling chain: supplier and carrier selection, product stewardship, storage and segregation, transportation safety, employee training, emergency response, community awareness, and documented continuous improvement.<\/p>\n

Requesting certificates<\/h2>\n

Current certificates are available on request. Email documents@mileschemical.com or call (818) 504-3355 and they go out the same business day.<\/p>\n

If you are running a supplier qualification, ask for the whole package at once \u2014 certificates, insurance, W-9, and a completed questionnaire come back together rather than one at a time.<\/p>\n

Auditing us<\/h2>\n

Customers are welcome to audit either facility. Several do annually. Contact your account manager to schedule; both sites are active industrial operations so a visit needs booking rather than a drop-in.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
